BR⑨The Princess Diary

 I’d like to introduce you “The Princess Dairy”. This book was also made into the movie, “Pretty Princess” that Anne Hathaway play the important role in. This is cinderella story that young and dull girl changed into being beautiful princess dramatically. The main character is Mia. She is fourteen years old, and lives with her mother. Her parents relationship had broken before was born. One day, she was told the amazing fact by her father that he is member of royal family in Genova and Mia had to be the next princess in near future because her father couldn’t have any more children. Mia was surprised and didn’t want to be a princess, but she started to take princess lesson by her grandmother and her appearance changed dramatically. As she changed, the reaction of around people also changed. Mia was spoken many times in high school, and invited to dance party although she had few friends before. You will enjoy the way of changing about Mia and around people. Whether you watched the movie or not, you can enjoy the story. 

英語教育講義⑩: Lecture 2

 The topic was about communicative language teaching. We played information gap game in a group. I've also done the game in other classes before. It was interesting to combine the infromation with partner. When I don't know appropriate word or I can't tell my partner the information clearly, I try to express with other words. I sometimes feel annoyed, but I think it's important process for this game. Teacher have to pay attention to the level and how they give hints to students. If they pick suitable level and interesting materials, the students will show their interests and tackle with it positively. 

BR⑧ The Escape and Other Stories

 I'm going to introduce you "The Escape and Other Stories". This book has four short stories, The Escape, Loise, The Ant and The Grasshopper, and The Fall of Barnard. I'd like to show you the first short story. The main character is Roger Charing. He was handsome and rich man, so he was liked by many woman. He'd never got married to the woman before. He rather run away from many woman inspite of his perfect element. Suddenly he decided to engage to marry one woman, named Ruth. Ruth is also beautiful and perfect woman, and she'd had a lot of boyfriends before. However, Roger changed his mind due to the small things. When he canceled the engagement, he had to pay a lot of money to Ruth. He usd his wit, he could get oer the pinch at the last. You will feel various wits and irony from these four stories.
