 This story is in a quiet town, called Crossways. In the town, the people have long hair and wear black hats. These are a wide variety of hats, such as round, tall, square, and so on. These situation was so strange. The people was so bored everyday. Suddenly, a colorfull small boy turned up in the dull town and made the place change. They advertised hair cut for one doller to the people in the town. The people had their hair changed and feel happy. But the next day, more odd things happened. Can you guess it and the strange boy's trick? I laughed the end of the story. I thought the boy was so clever. If you want to know these, let's read the book!

BR 2-06 THE LEOPARD AND THE LIGHTHOUSE

Then he says, "Let the men of Sindi have a competition. The competition is kill the leopard. The winner can marry Tanza." (p.8)

 Sindi is an island in East Africa. In the city, there are beautiful beaches with white sand, clear and blue sea, a small village with white house, and old lighthouse near the village.  One day, a leopard came to the village. People in the village didn't want to invade their territory. The leopard was thrown stones by villagers, so he run away and enter the old light. The next, the head man of Sindi suggested a competition. The content was someone who killed the leopard could get married to Tanza who was his beautiful daughter. Almost people wanted to marry Tanza, so many mans tried to kill the leopard by using a various means. I think they are a highlight of this story. Tanza' reactions are interesting, too. Perhaps, you can finish reading it in ten minutes, so I want you to read this story.

BR2-05 Marcel and The White Star

Marcel is a Flench mouse. He lives on a beautiful old boat in Paris. (His home is under the kitchen floor.)  (p.1)

 
 A main character of this book is a tiny mouse! Surprisingly, he is a detective. In this story, he solves one problem as a detective.  The center of the promlem is the white star which is a beautiful one million pound diamond ring and opera star Miss Zara Dupont put her finger. Marcel  has seen her opera before,  so he tried to defend the ring even more.  He makes use of his small body and takes clever measures.  I enjoyed his wisdom in this book. The number of letters is a few, but this bookhas a lot of pretty pictures. It is easy to read this book, so please read!

BR2-04 This is London

There are many exciting things to do in London.The city has got some of the best theaters and museums in the world. (p.4)

 This book explains about London. For example, history,  places to visit, travelling,  shopping and so on. A lot of pictures of beauty London are put on this book, so you can understand easily about London and enjoy the pictures. When I was a high school student, I studied world history. So I enjoyed reading the part of history in this book. I thought London is very beautiful city, especially, old streets and old houses had a unique atmosphere.  I wanted to know more and visit there someday after I finished reading this book. If you read this book, you must have a strong admiration for London. Why don't you read this book?

BR2-03 The Umbrella

It is raining. The sky is grey. She looks at the umbrellas. She likes a red umbrellas. (p. 2)

Carla was a poor students and she bought a red umbrella cheaply. "This is my lucky day!" said Carla. But in the cake shop, her favorite red umbrella was stolen! Reluctantly, she used  old and black umbrella which had a pattern of yellow duck instead of red one. "This isn't my lucky day!" She said. However,The next, She was talked by a man and they had a good time in a cafe.They promised the next date. She rather appreciated someone who stolen her red umbrella.
